You may return any unused item for a 10% restocking fee within 30 days after receiving it. The returned goods must be in original and re-sellable condition. Cut wires, missing parts, etc will not constitute for a 10% restocking fee. If product has been installed by signs of cut wire, missing parts, etc., you will be charged a 30% restocking fee. In all cases of returned items including product being in original condition or signs of use, shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
